Maiden Lane

On the show5 mentions total

There's a road called Maiden Lane. At the bottom of Maiden Lane on one end, opposite on the corner of Bedford Street, there is a building there. If you look up on the building, you'll see a plaque, and that plaque reads that Charles Dickens used to live here in the workhouse when he was a young boy.

I want to know how he did it though. What's in the photo that you can. I call him ask him. Go for it. Put on speaker. Well. It was the moss on the north side.

  2. It's that image, you wake up in the morning. Now when you wake up, someone is tightrope walking here. There's a yellow shoe wanker going down Maiden Lane. Yeah. Great idea.

  3. Do check that out. It's on Bloomberg.com or you can find the entire series on YouTube as well. Otherwise, you know, next time you happen to be be in Covent Garden. Do take a walk down Maiden Lane. If you look above the barbershop that's called Ruffians, you'll see a window there. That's where we were. For nine years, James Andy, Anna and I just sat there dorking out and we're going to miss the place.
